How to turn an idea into action…
So today is my day one, where do I start? First question. What can I do to add some value to this world?
In the beginning of 2024, I was considering getting a tattoo. Now because I’m a Capricorn, I decided on the GOAT. Not that I’m into astrology or anything. I took to social media and started searching tribal goats. I made a few screenshots and never paid that much attention after that.
Several months later I was scrolling through my pictures and one jumped out at me. I said to myself, with a little tweaking that would make a cool logo.
Now we all know the word ‘GOAT’ as an acronym means GREATEST OF ALL TIME.
I sent the design off to my cousin with some ideas. Fortunately for me, he happens to be good at pretty much anything he puts his mind too. We went back and forth a few times and finally we agreed on the design.
The next question I asked myself. What do I want this GOAT to mean? After throwing around a bunch of ideas, I decided that my goat would be a symbol to inspire me to be the greatest of all time for what I’m trying to accomplish. At this point I had no idea what I wanted to accomplish.
The first idea I had was to put my symbol on some T-shirts, ball caps, and hoodies. When I look in the mirror, I can ask myself a couple of questions. Am I working hard enough? What more can I do? The end result would be to push me to keep going.
The next question just came to me. How can I potentially monetize this? If the GOAT is a symbol to inspire. Slapping it on a T-shirt, ball cap, or hoody and trying to sell it, won’t make a difference. The world doesn’t need another clothing brand.
My mind always went back to, what do I want my GOAT to stand for?
I just started reading. Mostly self help and how to be a better person. Then I started writing book reviews for myself. Just like the ones we all did in primary school. I only read 10 pages per day, but it’s unbelievable how many books I read in 2024.
All that reading led me to another question. How do I reach out to as many people as possible?

Seconds turn into minutes. Minutes turn into hours. Hours turn into days. Days turn into months, and months turn into years.
